Solène Penisson developed an expertise in public business law like complex public contracts, public companies, public domains, public finance and funding. She also deals with town planning and environmental issues and regulated sectors (i.e. energy, transport, health and telecommunications).

She provides advice and assistance on litigation. She has more than five-year experience as a lawyer and is a member of the Paris bar since December 2013.

With previous professional experiences in a French public administration and for a foreign parliament, she works on public law for private and public entities (i.e. national and local) in France but also with their business relations in Europe, South America and Africa.

She develops partnership with lawyers in other fields (i.e. corporate, real estate, IP/ IT, etc.), financial and technical advisors.
